Q: How can I know my order status or track my order?
A: You may check your order status online by clicking order status link on top menu bar and enter email used for ordering and Hedeyah order number not paypal or 2checkout authorization id.
When order is shipped an email is sent with tracking information.
Online order tracking is available for express shipping only. When order is shipped, we send you email, with Air Way Bill #. To track your order go to www.aramex.com/track.asp and enter your air way bill number
Q: How do I order?
A: Shopping at Hedeyah is easy :
1- Browse store different categories by clicking on "Products" on left menu, add item you want to shopping cart by clicking on "Add to Cart" .
2- The browser will forward you to checkout if you want to continue shopping click on "continue shopping ".
3- When you finish shopping, click on "Checkout" button, enter your information and shipping address.
4- At the bottom select the buying option:
-"paypal" for payment through your "paypal" account.
-"credit card" for buying by your credit card from 2Checkout.com (2Checkout.com, Inc. is an authorized retailer of Hedeyah), also buying by e-checks are available through Paypal and "credit card " option).
5-Select type of shipping "standard" or "Express" Complete your checkout and process your order.
Q: How do you ship and what is the shipping cost ?
A: Hedeyah ship from Egypt worldwide. Shipping is based on parcel weight and destination. We have two types of shipping "Express" and "Standard". Express Shipping:
Hedeyah use for express shipping. Aramex courier service 4-5 days delivery most countries worldwide. Online tracking of your order is possible. When order is shipped we send you air way bill number and tracking url(http://www.aramex.com/track.asp). Standard Shipping:
Hedeyah use for standard shipping Egyptian Registered Mail Service 14 -21 days delivery most countries world wide. No online tracking of order shipping status is available. Estimate of shipping cost:
When you add products to your shopping cart, before you check out you will be able to get an estimate of shipping cost based on order and your location. Handling Charges:

1.1 lbs = 0.5 Kg On average for express shipping you pay $16.00 for first half kilo(1.1 lbs) and $10.5 for each extra half kilo / 1.1 lbs, for standard shipping you pay $11.75 for first half kilo(1.1 lbs) and $7.5 for each extra half kilo / 1.1 lbs.
Q: What if I want to return something?
A: You may return what you purchased for whatever reason, within 7 days of receiving order. Our return policy is very simple. You didn't like what you received send us an e-mail that you want to return your order or part of it. We shall send you an email with the return address and a full refund will be issued once the returned items are received. Shipping of returned items is on buyer. Returned items must be in original unused mint condition, in the original packaging and within 1 week of receiving order.
